FAQ

Door Access questions

Short answers to the questions we hear most. If yours is not here, get in touch.

Card, PIN, fingerprint or face: which should I choose?

Cards suit most offices, PIN codes are simple for store rooms and back doors, and fingerprint or face readers remove the need to carry anything. Many readers combine two methods for extra security.

Can I remove access when someone leaves?

Yes. Cards, codes and enrolled users can be removed from the system, so a lost card or a departing staff member does not mean changing locks.

Can door access work with a video intercom?

Yes. Video intercoms can be fitted with a door release so you can see visitors and let them in, and some models let you answer from your phone.

Do you visit the site before quoting?

Yes. For most jobs we arrange a site survey first, so the quote is based on your actual layout, cable routes and existing equipment rather than guesswork.

Can you work with the equipment I already have?

Often, yes. We check your existing cabling and equipment during the site survey and tell you what can be reused and what is worth replacing.

Do you work with contractors on renovations and fit-outs?

Yes. We work with homeowners, businesses and main contractors, and plan our part of the job around your renovation or fit-out schedule.

How do I get a quote?

Send an enquiry through the website, or call or WhatsApp us with a short description of your site and what you need. Adding products to your enquiry list helps us see what you have in mind.
